  5. Once we receive the load, our customer returns processing team performs an analysis.
  6. Once the analysis is complete, a call is scheduled to discuss our offer. Offers are typically either percentage based or a fixed per pallet rate.
  7. Once terms are secured, we begin sending trucks to get you cleaned up!

In most cases, we are able to offer payment up front for your merchandise that is paid via wire transfer before any loads are scheduled.
